Delete your Gundo account
From the app
Open Profile, tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without the app
Email jogolinga@gmail.com from the Gmail address you use to sign in to Gundo, with the subject “Delete my Gundo account”. We handle the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
Data deleted
- Your sign-in account (name, email, photo, identifier)
- Your public profile, friend code and statistics
- Your progress and your gallery of restored objects
- Your friends and friend requests
- Your phones’ notification identifiers
Data kept
Proof of your Gundo Premium purchase is kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for the period required by law (accounting obligations). It is no longer linked to a Gundo profile.
To erase guest progress only, uninstall the app: it is stored on your phone only.
